RULES
1. CONCEPTS
1.1.The Seller UAB “1 mm”, registered office address Titnago g. 7-407, Vilnius, legal entity code 121933274, VAT LT100011172118. The contact information of the Seller is provided in the “Contact” section.
1.2. “Online Shop” means the online shop located at www.shoebox24.com.
1.3 “Customer” means a person who orders or purchases goods in the Online Shop.
1.4 “Working Day” means any day of the week, except Saturday and Sunday and public holidays, which are declared as non-working days in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
1.6 Personal Data – the Customer’s data specified in the Privacy Policy.
1.7 Privacy Policy – a document approved by the Seller, which provides the main provisions regarding the collection, storage, processing and retention of Personal Data and other related aspects of the use of this Online Shop.
1.8 “Terms and Conditions” means these Terms and Conditions of Purchase, which describe the provisions relating to the purchase of goods in the Online Shop.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1 These Terms and Conditions are a legal document to which both the Buyer and the Seller must adhere. The Terms and Conditions shall set out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, other terms and conditions of the contract of sale and the provisions relating to the purchase in the Online Shop. We recommend that you read the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy carefully and make sure that you have understood them before ordering goods from the Online Shop. If you do not agree with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions and/or the Privacy Policy, you should not use the Online Shop.
2.2 Right to make purchases in the Online Shop have:
– natural persons with legal capacity, i.e. persons who have reached the age of majority and whose legal capacity has not been restricted by a court;
– minors aged between 14 and 18 with the consent of their parents or guardians, unless they have their own income;
– legal persons acting through authorised representatives;
– authorised representatives of all the persons named above.
2.3 In the Online Shop, the contract of sale shall be deemed to have been concluded from the moment when the Buyer, having read the Terms and Conditions, places an order for the product(s) and pays for it.
2.4 The Online Shop shall provide search results based on the following criteria for the Buyer’s query:
– the period during which the product is offered for purchase in the Online Shop (newness);
– popularity in terms of sales volume;
– Price;
– product evaluation.
2.5 The Buyer can choose the settings for filtering the products in the Online Shop – the products can be filtered by brand, price, product type, colour, size, seasonality and collection. The Buyer may also select one of the criteria for ranking the products (newness, popularity, decreasing price, increasing price, discount amount, rating). The online shop does not sort or rank Goods on the basis of advertisements paid for by the suppliers of the Goods or other interested third parties. Also, there is no personalisation of prices in the Online Shop and all prices (excluding delivery costs) displayed in the Online Shop are the same for all Customers.
3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER
3.1 Right to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods
When buying as a consumer, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days after the date on which the Buyer or a third party other than the carrier nominated by the Buyer has acquired physical possession of the goods, or, in the case of more than one product ordered by the consumer in a single order and which are delivered separately, 14 days after the date on which the Buyer or a third party other than the carrier nominated by the Buyer has acquired physical possession of the last item.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer may provide information to that effect by email to info@shoebox24.com . The Buyer may use the model withdrawal form set out below in this clause, but this is not mandatory. In order to avoid missing the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the Buyer to give notice of the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. If the Buyer decides to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller shall reimburse the Buyer for the total amount received by the Buyer, including the costs of delivery of the goods, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the Buyer’s notification of withdrawal, except for any additional costs incurred as a result of the Buyer’s choice of a delivery method other than the usual cheapest delivery method offered in the Online Shop. The money paid shall be refunded using the same payment method used by the Buyer for the initial payment transaction, with the funds being returned to the Buyer’s account from which the goods were paid for. The Seller shall not be liable for any failure or delay in making a transfer for returned goods if the Buyer incorrectly provides the details required for the return. The Buyer must immediately and in any event within 14 days of the date on which he/she has submitted a request to the Seller to withdraw from the contract of sale of the goods, send the goods back to the Seller or return them to the Seller’s display of the goods, the address of which can be found in the “Contacts” section of the Online Shop.
The Seller has the right not to carry out the refund procedure until it has received the returned goods or proof that the Buyer has sent the returned goods, whichever is the earlier. The Buyer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from actions not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

3.2 Conditions for the return of Goods in accordance with Clause 3.1 of the Conditions
The Buyer shall only exercise the right referred to in Clause 3.1 of the Conditions if all of the following conditions are met:
– the goods have not been damaged or substantially altered in appearance;
– the product has not been worn and has retained its usable qualities;
– the goods have all the labels, protective films, etc. on them that were intact at the time of purchase and have not been cut off, both inside and outside. If the removal of the label was necessary to inspect the goods, the Seller shall be entitled not to accept goods without labels if it can prove that it incurs additional costs (cost of producing a new label, cost of validation), or that the removal of such labels cannot be restored and that the goods have lost their originality.
3.3 By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Buyer agrees to the processing of the personal data provided by the Buyer in the Online Shop.
3.4 The Goods selected by the Buyer shall only be reserved and the Seller shall only proceed with the execution of the Sale and Purchase Agreement when the Seller receives notification from the Buyer’s bank or the Buyer of payment for the selected Goods.
4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER
4.1 The Seller undertakes to provide appropriate conditions for the use of the services of the Online Shop.
4.2 The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address and within the delivery period specified.
4.3.The Seller undertakes to offer the Buyer an equivalent product if it is unable to deliver the goods ordered, and to refund the Buyer’s money if the Buyer refuses.
5. PLACING AN ORDER FOR GOODS
5.1 The Buyer may purchase goods in the Online Shop at any time of the day or night. The Buyer may contact the Online Shop for orders by e-mail and telephone during the working hours indicated in the Online Shop.
5.2 The prices of goods in the Online Shop are quoted in euros, including VAT.
5.3 If the Buyer fails to make payment within 48 hours of placing the order, the order shall be automatically cancelled.
5.4 In all cases, the Buyer shall be deemed to have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions by placing an order.
6. DELIVERY OF GOODS
6.1 The price of delivery depends on the method of delivery chosen.
6.2.The Goods shall be delivered by the Seller, the Seller’s authorised representative (courier) or collected by the Buyer at the nearest post office, parcel terminals, depending on the method of delivery chosen by the Buyer.
6.3 Delivery of goods shall normally take 1-5 days when the goods are in stock, 5-9 days when ordered from the supplier, unless otherwise stated in the description of the goods or in the delivery methods.
6.4 The Buyer undertakes to accept the Goods himself. The Buyer shall have no claim if the goods have been delivered to the wrong person at the address indicated.
6.5 If the goods will be accepted by a person other than the Buyer, the Buyer must provide the details of the person who will accept the goods when completing the order delivery information.
6.6 Once the goods have been delivered and handed over to the Buyer at the address specified by the Buyer, the goods shall be deemed to have been handed over to the Buyer whether the Buyer actually receives the goods or any other person who has received the goods at the specified address.
6.7 In case of damage to the packaging of the consignment, discrepancy(s) in the quantity, quality, assortment of the goods, the Buyer or, as the case may be, the Buyer’s representative must inform the Seller by e-mail info@shoebox24.com.
6.8 The Seller shall be exempt from liability for breach of the time limit for delivery of the Goods if the Goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control or due to the Buyer’s fault.
7. EXCHANGE/RETURN OF GOODS, REFUNDS
7.1 The Buyer, having purchased a defective product, shall have the right to submit a request to the Seller within 2 years from the delivery of the product to the Buyer. In this case, the Buyer must contact the Seller by completing the exchange/return form in the “Exchange/Return Form” section of the Online Store and provide information on his/her name, reason for returning the goods, order number or invoice number confirming payment for the goods, contact details (telephone number or email address), and one of the following requirements:
– to make good the defects (repair the item);
– replacing a faulty product with a product of the right quality;
– to reduce the price of a product;
– refund the price paid.
A product will be deemed to be of good quality if (i) it corresponds to the description and characteristics set out in the Online Shop, (ii) it is suitable for normal use like other products of the same type, (iii) the quality and characteristics of the product are those that can be expected from other products of the same type.
The goods sold in the Online Shop, especially handmade products, can be made using natural materials. Certain characteristics such as variations in stripes, skin tones, texture of the knit or colour are not considered defects or faults. Only the highest quality materials are selected for the production of the goods, but their natural characteristics are inevitable and should be accepted as part of the individual appearance of the goods.
In all cases, the money for the returned goods shall be credited to the Buyer’s bank account.
7.2 In the event of a return of the item(s) in accordance with Clause 7.1 of the Terms and Conditions, the money shall be returned to the bank account within a maximum of 14 working days. This time limit shall be calculated from the date of return of the goods to the warehouse.
7.3 Returns and/or exchanges of faulty goods are free of charge. Returns of quality goods shall be made at the buyer’s expense. Returned goods shall be delivered by the requested courier service. The condition of the returned goods shall be checked by the after-sales service, and if the returned goods are of good quality, the shipping fee shall be deducted from the refunded amount.
7.4 When returning goods to the Buyer, the following conditions must be observed:
7.4.1. the goods must be in their original packaging in good condition. This clause does not apply in the case of a return of goods received in poor quality;
7.4.2. the goods must be undamaged by the Buyer;
7.4.3. the Goods must be unused and in good condition (labels intact, protective film not torn off, etc.). This clause does not apply in the case of a return of low-quality goods;
7.4.4. the goods must be in the same condition as when received by the Buyer;
7.4.5. the proof of purchase must be provided.
7.4.6. if the packaging of the returned goods is damaged in such a way that the goods can no longer be sold at the same purchase price, such goods may be returned only by mutual agreement with the Seller, after reimbursement of the costs of replacing the packaging by the Seller.
7.5 The Seller shall have the right not to accept the Buyer’s return of the Goods if the Buyer fails to comply with the return procedure set out in clause 7.4.
7.6 The Online Shop is unilaterally entitled to deduct from the Customer’s refund the amount of the additional discount granted, if the Customer has taken advantage of the additional discount of the offer and subsequently cancelled (returned) at least one quality product from the offer to which the discount was applied.
7.7 The return policy does not apply: Legal entities, products with individual changes made by the customer, customized, individual orders (e.g. printing) that damage their original merchantable appearance beyond replacement, customized orders, gift vouchers, goods that have been damaged by the customer, goods that do not meet the above standards for return (damage to merchantable appearance, signs of use, signs of wear and tear), goods that are returnable after the 14 day return period.
7.8 In the event of a problem with an item purchased in the Online Shop, the Buyer may contact:

- you can submit a request/complaint regarding a product purchased in the Online Shop to the State Consumer Rights Protection Service (Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, email: tarnyba@vvtat.lt, phone: 8 5 262 67 51, website: www.vvtat.lt (as well as to the territorial units of the State Consumer Rights Protection Service in the districts), or you can fill out a request form on the EGS platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr/, or on the Consumer Rights Information System (CIRS).
8. SENDING INFORMATION
8.1 The Buyer may send any questions to the e-mail address info@shoebox24.com provided by the Online Shop at any time of the day or night, or telephone during business hours.
8.2 The Seller shall have the right to announce various promotions, change their terms and conditions and cancel them. The announcement, modification or cancellation of promotions shall be effective from the period of their announcement, modification or cancellation.
9. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data provided by the Customer shall be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the Privacy Policy.
12. FINAL PROVISIONS
12.1 The Parties shall be excused from the performance of their obligations under these Terms and Conditions if they cannot be performed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Parties, as provided for in the Rules for Exemption from Liability in the Event of Force Majeure and other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No. 840 dated 15 July 1996.
12.2 All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the textual or graphic content of the Online Shop belong to the Seller or the third party providing the content. It is forbidden to use or distribute the content of the Online Shop without the written consent of the Seller.
12.3 The Seller accepts no risk and is unconditionally relieved of liability if the Buyer has not fully read these Terms and Conditions when given the opportunity to do so.
12.4 The law of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply to relations arising under these Terms and Conditions. Any disagreements arising out of the application of these Terms and Conditions shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
12.5 Persons using this Online Shop agree that the majority of their communication with the Seller will be electronic. The Seller will contact the Buyer by e-mail or by providing information by posting it on the Online Shop. The Buyer shall send all notifications and questions by e-mail or by contacting the telephone number listed in the “Contact” section of the Online Shop.
12.6 The Seller shall have the right to amend these Terms and Conditions by posting them on the website of the Online Shop. Amendments shall take effect from the moment of publication for all transactions entered into after publication.
